Air conditioning units can account for most of your energy usage. An air conditioning inspection tells you how well your system is performing and highlights what you can do to save energy, money and reduce CO₂ emissions.

In accordance with UK law:

• You must have an inspection by January 2011 if you have an existing air conditioning system with output above 12kw
• Since January 2009, any site with over 250kw cooling capacity must be inspected
• If you have a new system installed since January 2008, it must be inspected within 5 years
